Employment Law for Business
Management 359 exposes students to employment laws that have a substantial impact on business and the workplace. The course will cover laws that prohibit discrimination in the workplace such as those under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act; provide employees with basic benefis and proections; and regulate the relationship between management and organized labor.
